2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, sizes, descriptions, and images accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the customer's device or screen settings.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Products may be changed, discontinued, or become unavailable without prior notice.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed or calculated where applicable.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. An item being placed in a shopping cart does not guarantee its price or availability until the order has been successfully completed.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and Store Credit

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible products returned because of a change of mind, personal preference, or because the customer simply does not like the item, the approved remedy will normally be store credit only, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products may be designated as Final Sale and may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

Returned products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where required.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, significantly different from what was ordered, or with missing contents, please contact us promptly.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available resolutions may include replacement, store credit, partial refund, return for refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Where a customer chooses to keep an item with a verified issue, we may offer a 50% partial refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Unboxing Video Evidence

Customers should record one clear, continuous video beginning before the shipping package is opened and continuing throughout the entire unboxing process.

The video should clearly show:

The unopened parcel and its condition
The shipping package/label
Opening of the package
All items and packaging inside
Any damage, missing product, incorrect item, incorrect color, or other issue being claimed

For claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, we may request the original unboxing video as supporting evidence whenever reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Photos alone may not always provide sufficient evidence to verify a claim.

Failure to provide requested evidence may affect our ability to verify and resolve a claim. However, this requirement does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Size and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.

Where an eligible return is requested solely because of size, fit, personal preference, or change of mind, the applicable remedy may be limited to an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to us—including our original text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and website design—may not be reproduced, copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Prohibited Use
